Well, spring is finally coming to Japan.
Sure, it’s still cold out, but I haven’t had to turn on my propane stove in almost a week now.
March is the month when all the students in Japan are taking their entrance exams. There are also graduations coming up which means a huge shift in the business world. Large corporations hire new employees by the herd and shuffle their existing employees around in their infrastructure. For a few months, no one knows what they are doing.
At my office here in Yokohama we are experiencing the same thing, only on a smaller scale. We are hiring a few people and will have to train them. It’s a difficult task trying to balance administration, hiring, training, sales, and operations all at the same time. I suppose I am getting a “good experience”, right.
At any rate, I’m hoping to get some good pictures of the sakura (cherry blossoms) this year. With a little luck and some sneaking out of work I should be posting something here.
Any one have any good news?
